I'm having the same problem. As far as I know, we only have extensions 10 and 12. The ITCM is doing the fast flutter thing and we've been unable to get it to stop. HELP! TIA

tcmanager: RBF is right, you are in Night Mode. By default stations 10 and 12 have attendant privileges, so the ITCM lights on both those stations flicker in night mode. Obviously either of those stations can set or cancel night mode. Dial ITCM * # 03 and press the lit button to toggle night mode. Then press SPKR to end.
