Lost the "VMAIL" that is dispalyed on the LCD phones (GT-8012). Voice mail is still up and running and we can access it by dialing the VM ext.
Checked serial connection on both ends. Odd thing is message waiting lights continue to work correctly. Tried restarting the VM - with no change.
Phone system is FXII networked with three DXP's - voice mail is Key Voice.
Any ideas?

Problem resovled - IRQ setting on the voice mail computer somehow changed themselves, therefor we lost the serial connection.
