I've had my third 7261 set intermittently lock up with "ICM 3" on the display. This has happened on both a customer's DX-80 and on my in house DX-120.
Any ideas?
Thanks, Bill.

I have 43 of the Edge sets installed on the 120 systems in client locations and 8 here on my system on a DX80 and I've never seen that problem. Keep us posted. Mark

We're installing DX120s at the rate of at least one a day and I haven't seen or heard of that problem. Agree with Mark. Keep us posted in case you've stumbled upon something new.

We have several Edge sets that we just put on our DX-80 here in the shop. One of our people that uses the phone a lot says that sometimes the buttons "stick". It's just been a week--so we're just getting used to the phone--but the only way I can get ICM 3 to go on the display is to hit the SPKR key and then "3". Is it possible that the "3" is sticking or stuck?? Seems like a stretch--but just an idea.
