Hi I am installing an interchange on a FXII 96 platform and after going thru the PBX setup the VM serial intergration seems to be working on the display of the EP100 phones but I can't get the Vmail button to go into the please enter your pswd promt nor can I get an outside call to go into the user vm box after the no ans time it goes to the opening greeting. I have tried doing a Trace but I can't get anything to show up on the screen and the trace is set for DT. I would like to hear any suggestions. Thanks

Which system and options did you select in PBX Setup? Did you specify all of the VM Port extensions when going thru PBX Setup?
Can you call your voicemail ports, in order, and make sure they answer in the correct order (looking at the Voicemail Viewer window)?
Did you program your voicemail ports correctly in the phone system, putting them into the Peripherals|Voicemail list, in proper sequence?
