I have a 7271 here that when it goes to shutdown and reset at 3:00 am and says "will shut down in 60 seconds" and starts to count down, unless you are connected with keylink it will never stop counting; I can come in the next day and log into it, and it'll say "will shut down in -14,387 seconds", but after I log into it with keylink it'll count a few more times then reset as normal. Anyone ever seen that?

Corruption? Have you tried running the utility to clear corruption? Did it find any? I've not seen that problem, but similar strange occurances can point back to corruption, bad drive, or heavy fragmentation.
