We have Comdial Impact phones where I work. There is one phone that you can only dial out on one line. Now the other lines work but only to receive calls or to speed dial from. You cannot manually pickup one of the other lines and make a phone call to a number not in our speed dial. Any suggestions?

You need installer level programming to remove the restriction. Mark
