I installed a DX-120 with the flash VM at my wife’s bridal shop. We are using the VM to automatically switch from day to night service. About once a month the VM loses track of time/date and resets to Jan. 1, 2002, when this happens I have her transfer me to the VM port and I adjust the time using the supervisors mailbox.
Please assist if possible.

Verify the DX120 jumper is in normal mode not cold start...I have seen this before.

Verify the DX120 jumper is in normal mode not cold start...I have seen this before. The DX-120 won't boot in cold start mode. Replace the button battery on the voice mail card. --Bill.

Good pick up..it was DX80s that I had issues with cold start jumpers.
