I installed a DX-120 with the flash VM at my wife’s bridal shop. We are using the VM to automatically switch from day to night service. About once a month the VM loses track of time/date and resets to Jan. 1, 2002, when this happens I have her transfer me to the VM port and I adjust the time using the supervisors mailbox.
Please assist if possible.
Peace,
Dave

The DX-120 won't boot in cold start mode.

Replace the button battery on the voice mail card.
