Anyone ever hear of linking a Lucent Legend and a Comdial DXP system together? (to place calls from the Lucent sys. thru the Comdial, and to transfer calls between the two)
i guess let me know that it can't be done.
thanks,
-g

Sure it can be done. E&M tie lines on T1 cards. Have done it several times. Have also tied Nortel and Cisco PBXs to Comdials.

What features? You are handing a call off from one system to the other. Once it leaves the Legend it comes in as a tie trunk call to the DXP and is handled as an inbound call at the Comdial site and vice versa. It can be transferrred, conferenced, sent to voice mail, etc.

G-otis In your first post you asked to place calls between the 2 systems. What RBF gave you is just what you asked for. If you are implying "networking" then the answer is no, the DXP is not QSIG compliant.
