We need the star key to register on the phones. How do you program it?

a good start would be to post in the forum for the type of phone system you have. Someone there will be glad to help you. [Linked Image from sundance-communications.com]

It sounds like a Toshiba system where they use the star and pound keys for feature keys. Pick up the phone and dial star and the pound and keep the handset in your hand. Now you can dial all the numbers including the star and pound keys. If it's not a Toshiba...you have to tell us the make and model so we can help.
