Hello,
I have FX-II with two T1/PRI cards. There are two line groups. If I dial 9 it goes to Line group 1 which first t1. If I dial 8 it goes to Line group 2 which lines from the second t1.

I want to route my calls, so, user doesn't need to think which t1 they supposed to take. The Switch will select it automatically. For example, I would like, if user dial all International number it will go automatically to the second t1, but if they dial local number it goes to the first t1. What exactly I should do if it is possible?

Sounds like you need a tech who knows that system. You can call Comdial and they can give you someone in your area.

You never answered my question from your other thread . Are you going to follow up on that one, or just keep starting new threads until you get the one-response answer you are looking for?

By the way, you have not completed your profile.

Justin,
Thank you for your answer. I just confirmed that it is impossible to people feel that they are dialing an extension.
This question was different topic.

Egor,

I don't understand your response. Can you reword it?

Thanks!

Justin
