I have a customer that has down sized. They have installed a FXCBX with 4 FXLDS-16, FXISTM-16, FXT1-PRI-FXSRV2, FXCPU-2, plus about 2 dozen 8024/8012 sets. They have 2 PCs, a NT box, which I believe is voice mail. The other is off and says Wide Open ACD. He also has a DXP with 3 DXLDS-16, 1 DXIST-8 and 2 DXLS-CO8 cards.
Our problem is the customer does not need this much horse power. They want to recoup some investment, and liquidate surplus equipment. The supplier was bought by another company, and they want to much for service. We don't know passwords to PC or systems.
Would anyone be interested buying this equipment and helping me configure a system that meets thier needs? Please e-mail me.

Your best bet would be to get a smaller KSU that's compatible with their existing phones. Easier user transition and less cost.

Passwords are not to be given online I guess. I would be interested in the ACD unit for one of my customers. I am assuming you have gotten replies by now.

We do a lot of work in the D.C. area. We can help you with passwords and a KSU that will be compatable with your existing phones. But we don't have any interest in your equipment. Send me an E-mail if you want our help.
