I'm looking for a couple of music-on-hold cards for a 1A2 system. Can anyone point me towards a supplier that might have these?
Thanks for your help,
Steve

Do you need the 100% self-contained ones or do you want one that will interface with the existing line cards? You might be able to use a single MOH card to serve all existing cards, depending upon what's already there. What kind of cards currently exist? Also, how many of them do you need?

What we are currently using is the San/Bar 4200-200 MOH cards, I believe 100% self contained. We'd like to have three more of the same or compatable cards.
We might consider other options if we can't get these. The lines we don't have MOH on use the Northcom 400 KTU line card.
I don't really know very much about the system.
Thanks,
Steve

Piston, those cards are pretty rare nowadays but I will look and see if we have any of them for you tomorrow.

I figured it was a long shot, but I've got to try. There were probably tons of these taken out and dumped.
Is there another way, that you know of, that we could cover all lines in the 1A2 with MOH?
Thanks,
Steve

Yes, I know what you mean about them. We are probably one of the guilty ones who threw them away. I am still looking for the ones that you need, but it's going to take a few days to dig through the equipment that we have.
You can use a standard MOH card, like a Teltronics or ITT, but the parties on hold will be able to hear each other. Would this be a problem? I see that you are in the radio station bizz. One of the stations here actually likes to have people on hold talking to each other during the AM show.

We'd definitely prefer that they be seperate although I can see the advantage of talking to each other.
We're hoping that they are listening to the conversation on the air and preparing their comments related to what gone before.
The 1A2 has worked really well for us for at least 25 years without a glitch, I think. We're just hoping to add more lines.
Thanks for your help!

Steve, As a possible solution, if unable to locate the actual cards, you may consider an external music-on-hold device such as this . I can't confirm if this device is 1A2 compatible, but it may meet your requirements..??
