OK, this is a re-post to adhere to the rules. I have phone equipment for sale, but to appease “justbill†and strictly adhere to the forum rules of the classified section I can’t tell you what I have for sale nor can I tell you the prices. (This is true, read the rules ???) I personally find that very strange, but “justbill†has assured me in more than a few exchanges that this is the rule! My objective is to get rid of this stuff and I’m willing to negotiate the price. If you need or can use any of it (again I can’t tell you what “it†is) please e-mail me.

You are certainly welcome provide a condensed list, but the rules are only a requirement to keep post lengths within reason. It's not a matter of trying to limit you or the sale of your equipment, it is more a matter of focusing potential buyers.
My suggestion, and this is only a suggestion, would be to state: "Cleaning out basement and I have a big lot of 1A2, cords, cards and power supplies for sale. Please send me a PM or e-mail and I will send you a list of what I have".
That's really why terms (rules) were developed. Just an effort to keep it simple and target the appropriate audience.

The rules are clear as to how the buy/sell works. Its not here for your garage sale or replace ebay. If you have telephone products to get rid of then do as Ed suggested and post a general description and send anyone interested a complete list with prices. May a suggest an apology to Bill would also help your cause.
