Got one of these units, in the box but probably not unused. Has the correct AC adapter. Status light goes on when plugged in, produces programming tones when I plug a phone into it. Answers my phone line in "line" mode. Serial port sends what looks like a modem reset command (I thought it was for programming from a PC like the manual says, but this one seems to be set up for a modem.)
Beyond the above I have not tested it, so I can only guarantee it against being DOA.
I know they're on ebay for ridiculous prices (and no one is buying) so shoot me a reasonable offer and it's yours.
