I have a Debut 4 Ports that I want to upgrade from 8.2 to 8.5.
Can anyone please let me know where can I download the update vmail85d.exe. ?

Contact Vertical / Comdial, they will probably redirect you to one of their approved end of life resale facilities. The 8.5.11b is available on Comdial's dealer web site so contact them or a dealer. You also might be able to get a 4 port system ready to go from Sundance for as good a price.
