I've got a UPAM handy which will easily substitute for the TAMB that you're looking for.
Now depending on what you're trying to drive with the PRSASAC, it may not be necessary to use an "authentic" Bogen 24VDC/450mA power supply.
With the V250 and MAX1R listed, I'm pretty sure I know what you're trying to do--and there are other ways to do the same thing.
But if you're comfortable with that specific solution, then my suggestion is to hit Google up with some searches. Bogen distributes their products through an awful lot of outlets.
