Hey guys,
I have a friend who needs a system, probably 4-5 phone lines, and not sure about number of handsets yet as I'm waiting to hear back but no more than 6 I'm sure.
She wants conferencing, transfer and hold features as well as auto attendant and voicemail.

I have not been in the installing area in about 10 years, I just need something simple that is easy to program. I do not know her budget yet.

I have installed and serviced Cisco, Fujitsu, Inter-tel products, Panasonics, Lucent, Triullium, Vodavi and Tel-rad units as well as some Mitel.

So installation and maintenance I can do but I would like something with warranty, not really looking for refurbished.

Look into XBlue's X16. 4 lines can be upgraded to 6 and 16 phones. AA and VM included, very easy to program.

You might want to check out the TransTel G1E system also. It starts at 4 lines, 8 digital ports and 4 analog ports and expands up to 8x24. The built in auto attendant also has FAX detection.

If it was built after 1980 don't expect it to work right.
