I'm looking for Debut 8.5 upgrade software.
I have a customer that wants to upgrade from From 8.2 to 8.5
any help appreciated

Look for VMAIL85X.EXE where X is either A or D, depending on whether the Debut is an analog or digital model. Both files are available on Comdial CCC for dealers. To upgrade, manually save the messages, greetings, trans.txt if customized, numlines.txt and switches.txt (if four ports). Then follow the appropriate procedure to load 8.5 (also on CCC). Run first time setup as appropriate. Then, copy the messages, greetings, and other relevant files back to the fresh 8.5 install. Be sure to run msgaudit to update the message database to 'see' the files you restored. I advise against attempting any of the above unless you were trained on Comdial / Key Voice products. Of course, you also need to have a dealer login to access CCC.
