Not that I'm expecting to get the answer I'd love, but is there anyone that knows of somewhere that I'd be able to get up-to-date software for my CIX200? I purchased the phone system from a local dealer, and have been maintaining it myself for the past two years now. My local dealer is no longer someone I can do business with, and as a small business owner, I'm unable to afford the rates/fees that come along with having a dealer simply download a file and send it to me.
I'm an ex telecom tech, and know my phone system quite well, however, I do not have access to the Dealer Portal. Therefor, I have 0 access to any software.
Like I said, I thought it wouldn't hurt to ask, and I understand if no one is willing.

If you cant work with your dealer you can contact Toshiba and request a new dealer for support.
Just an old phone man just trying to stay busy selling hosted solutions and POTs line replacement devices.
