I need to pass analog from my J1632 to PRI. It looks like I will need some sort of channel bank. I'm open to any ideas.

The channel bank sits ahead of the Comdial system, that system does not accommodate a PRI card. That channel bank can be set up and installed by your dial tone provider to hand off a regular POTS line to your Comdial System.
Your question was brief and I had to guess at what you were asking but if I guessed correctly, this is your answer.

Has anyone used a middleman device like an adtran to convert analog to the PRI?

LPM, your going to have to take your request to one of your suppliers, this is not the place to look for purchasing equipment.
It sounds to me like you have this whole thing backwards. PRI in to your location is digital, it needs to be converted to analog so the Comdial equipment you have can use it. See my earlier post. You are running toward the wrong end zone.

True. I haven't ever encountered a CLEC that won't provide a channel bank to accommodate the customer's existing system. They might charge a little bit more on a monthly basis, but any customer who provides their own channel bank is committing suicide. Any issues will always be blamed on the channel bank. Why would you want to own it, especially if you don't know much if anything about how to configure it? Pay the extra money to the CLEC and save yourself a lot of frustration.

It almost sounds as if you want to convert analog extensions to dial tone that will feed another system. I have my doubts that this is really the case, as I can't figure out why you would want to do this. It doesn't seem like the 1632 is really large enough to justify integrating it to another system via PRI, just to maintain your existing phones and system.
So which is it? Are you looking to provide dial tone, via PRI, to your 1632, or are you trying to use your 1632 to provide dial tone, via PRI, to another system?
