DX-120; Corporate Office DX 4-port v 8.5. Works fine for several days, then ties up line 1 on phone system... logging into the vm remote, I see SYSTEM ERROR: 3104 Driver error 5 reported while enabling line 1. It has a clean database/flash.. any ideas?

I seem to think I had run into this before. Have you contacted tech support. I think you might have a bad board (not bad CF, but bad VM board). If doing a correct method of cold starting (without then with the VM), and a fresh program of the voicemail doesn't correct it, I'd lean pretty strongly on the bad VM board.
