Hey guys, I have a Norstar Modular ICS system and I just set up my restriction filters on all my lines to restrict:
01, 011, 900, 976, 1010, 1900, 1976
I had a user today call me and say he was trying to dial 9 (to get out) 1 310 900 xxxx and was getting a restricted call message. I was able to recreate. I gave him a COS password for now but is there something I can do to change my restrictions to stop this issue from occurring? If I take out the restriction for 900 and 976 will it still keep people from dialing pay calls because I have 1900 and 1976 blocked? Please let me know. Thanks, Alicia

Um...no...didn't know how to do that. I will look it up in the manual. I'm one of those evil small buiness people who try to do stuff with my system that I should probably be calling someone else to do for me. I'll check into that. Thanks. Alicia
