We have a Comdial AD12 S Impanct Phone system. When it was installed we asked that ring tones be silenced on 2 of the phones, now we want them to ring again. How do we program the ring tones on?

I think you have a Comdial system with 8012 sets. There are several systems that these phones work on. The system has to be programmed for the port to allow ringing and it is done differently on different systems. More info needed.
