Is there a way to remove the DND selection from the softkey options on the display of a impact model? I have a customer who does not want DND as a option.

Select DND inhibit for one class of service, then place the phones you want excluded from DND in that class of service.

I believe that will only disable the feature, but not remove the option from the softkeys (the same as the Track option), won't it?

Justin The option will exist on the soft key, but it would not be possible to invoke it.
