I have a hotel customer with a fxII and concerage. I recentally installed a 16 port station card and moved a room ext from a bad port to a port on the other card. now wake up calls set on the concerage show that they are ringing but never ring at the phone. i can set a wakeup call in the voice mail and that will ring. Also all other room phones will auto log in to there voice mail when voice mail is dialed but not this ext. I have matched everything in data base programing with a known working ext but to no avail. Any ideas????? :bang:

When you moved the station to another port you have to go into the Concierge and remove that extension and add it back in. The concierge is port specific on the extensions and every time one is moved in the telephone system you have change it in the Concierge.
