ICLID stands for Incoming Call Line Identification, which was quickly simplified to be known as Caller-ID.
I think that's where you set some of the advanced parameters for receiving the CID signal from the phone company, except for the ring timer which you set under C.O. Application->CID Rng Time (if I remember correctly)
