We have a back door number set for employees to dial into to check their voicemails.
Something has changed and now when they dial-in they are getting routed to a different mailbox, our day greeting mailbox.
I cannot find in the system where to change this so when employees call the backdoor number they get promoted for their mailbox number and password.
Any help is appreciated.

whatever answers all you need to do is press the pound key and it will prompt you. As long as no one vhange the routing destination for the pound key. Mark

Is there a way to remove the greeting so the caller gets the voicemail prompt right away vs having the greeting come up and having to press #?
I think our receptionist mighthave made this change and I am not sure where I need to change it on the server side.

As a test I called the backdoor number and watched the line status on the screen and see it was getting picked up on line 1 ans going to the day greeting routing box. I went into my line assignments and pointed line 1 to go to the VM Gateway box.
I think this has resolved the issue.
