Here's a very simple question, but I couldn't find the answer in my manual:
How do I change the number of rings before voicemail picks up?
I'm the attendant of a Comdial DSUII system.
Thanks!

You can't do this thru attendant programming. You need a technician that can change the system programming for you.

Yes, and in the telephone system programming it's a system wide setting so it will change for everyone. If you just want to change yours, that setting is in the voicemail database and it's called "rings to answer" on the first page of your mailbox programming. Mark
