Can not figure out why one of 11 desk phones
has a green flashing HOLD light, nor can I figure
out how to make it stop blashing.
Can you help???

dial ITCM # 3 and the number of the ext. that probably sent it, you may have to try every ext number several times because they may have accidentlly set it more then once.
This happens when someone is trying to set a Direct station select button and dials ITCM * 3 instead of * * 3
