I have 2 customers looking for new systems that have caller ID and voice mail. One of them has an automated attendant to direct calls without the need of an operator. I would like to stay with the Comdial line. What are your suggestions for them. One has 7 extensions and 2 CO lines. The other has 3 incoming and 5 extensions. Thanks for your ideas.

About the only option that will price well would be the DX-120 from Vertical Comdial or you could move to the Vertical SBX system, which is also a good product. Advantages of the SBX are that it can do IP with an IP card and it has a very inexpensive voice mail. Advantages of the DX-120 are that it is a solid product and has a more robust voice mail. But any of the other Comdial systems are really geared towards larger offices.
