Is there another volume control other than 9388? This one is set already for "8" which is the highest amount.
Customer has complained of low volume of the messages when they are accessed remotely. Names, greetings, main greetings (800 & 801) and prompts seem fine. Also, when accessing messages from an exstension---all volumes seem to be fine.
I have a "test" mailbox that I left several messages at---and the volume of those messages are, for sure, very low. I can hear them---but barely. I accessed them from several shop lines and from my cell phone. Volume level was consistent.
VM is about 6 months old--was replaced last June as was the 120 (F20) with PRIs.

I have had the same problem. Using volume in the vm.cfg does not seem to help. Any ideas?

Have you tried changing the line volume via the straps on the co line card? That might help.

No CO lines on system---just PRI. That shouldn't have any effect.
