I recently stated doing service work for a church that has a DX-80 system with voicemail (flash card). The previous tech (now a former member) left on bad terms and refuses to give them or me the password. I can go in and do the programming via the phone and have done so. But I would like to do a backup on the system. I am wondering if there is a back door to get in and make the pw change or will I have to do a first time set up. I realize that you can't give out this info on this forum but would appreciate a PM if possible. Thanks for any help you may offer.

Are you talking about the VM or the phone system or both. Do you have the correct PCDBA version?
If you can get into programming via the phone then it's the same password in PCDBA. Just make sure you have the right version.
Are you getting in to the supervisor's MB in the VM. If you are---then that's all you need for that. Copy onto another flash card to backup.
