Can anyone give me step by step instructions to enable a couple more CO lines to ring on an extension? I added additional lines but they aren't set to ring.

add that extension in the answering position program for each line you want to ring on it. It's in CO line programming.

Do you have more than 1 or 2 phones set to ring now?? If so, you may have a UCD group with several phones in it that is programmed. If that's the case, just make that UCD group ring on those new lines. Either way will work. You'll see for sure in the CO Line programming.
