I have a system (dx-80 a33) that will not transfer a co call from 149-152. When you hookflash you get intercom dialtone but the co line is dropped. I tried the following:
replaced the 7230 board......no luck
did a cold start.....nope
upgraded to 42 software.....still no luck
Am I missing something or is this a bad ksu?

Have you looked at the SLT Hookflash timing in Call Handling? You may have to adjust that.
