Anyone have problems with dropping calls and getting messages in display?
Dx120
T1-PRI
"Normal Clearing"
"Trk Release"
Have an Adtran TSU-120 installed infront of the equipment. Seems to make no difference.
Cabinet and PRI card have both been replaced
Running "m" software currently

Whenever I have had that it has a carrier issue. Has the carrier really looked at it? I had a construction site with a cable laying on the ground that was feeding the PRI. Intermittent circuit gave me the same issues.

What software version and what is the rev of your PRI chip?

I'd upgrade to F20 on the system and the PRI should have a G.06 chip. If not call tech support and order one (they're free). That's the latest PRI D chip.

F20 will not fix it. Go to L21 or M21. L21 works best. My M21 system tend to flake out. Most boxes are shipped F20 or F21, but make sure to try L21, it will fix it.

I have this problem also At&T has been out several times I have replaced Pri card also running m21 software. I dont think there is a fix I have been tring to fix this for over a year. Customer says it might drop 2 or 3 a day then not any for a couple of days. I thought we was the only ones with this problem becouse tech support seems to not have an answer. We even installed the blackbox device sent by vertical that recorded the data then sent it back. that was early last year. This is the only pri dx120 we will ever sale.

We had a 120 that did this for a week. If I remember correctly, we did a back-up, then a cold start and restore.

At that particular time, there were a few small "issues" but they all went away. I don't know if it was because of the cold start or because PAETEC did some things. All I know is it's been working fine for 10 months now.
