I have a Comdial DX-120 and one of the stations is always in DND. I want to be able to intercom and override the DND setting. Is this possible?

When you dial the intercom in DND does it not show override in the softkeys as an option?

Nope, It rings twice and then hangs up...

Try dialing the intercom three-digit extension number--then 3.

Still no luck, rings twice and then hangs up.

Good catch RBF. Do you think that it's Call Forwarded after two rings to a non-existant extension? Make sure CF is not on.
