Customer has centrex and wants to transfer co calls from ist port. Tried "flash" then #3 but it gives reorder tone. Any suggestions?

Well, you've got the right keystrokes. First, I'd try two different phones on that port, just to make sure it isn't the phone. If that doesn't make any difference, then see if you can make a transfer call from a line before the KSU. If you can do that, then the only thing I can think of is the timing setting of the SLT in the Timer programming section. I think the default is 200/1000 ms.
Can you transfer using a digital phone??
That's all I can think of right now. Let us know how you come out with those ideas---hope something works for you.
