We have a client that was installed by a now defunct company and we don't know the Technician password. We can get in using "xxx", but this doesn't give us access to all areas of info. Is there a way to find this password or default it to XXXXX?

Are you sure it's a Corporate Office? The first password you gave was default for the Execumail line. Please verify it is indeed a Key Voice Corp Office.
