We have a Comdial Phone System, Model DSU-L1632. It uses a Comdial Key Voice System consisting of:
Comdial Voicemail PC with a Dial Logic PCB Model “Dial log/4 Rev B: This runs the Small Office-Lite Call Processing System, V8.2 The PC is connected to the Comdial System from the COM 1 port on the PC to the COM 3 port on the Comdial Phone System.
We are trying to install the following Comdial Voicemail System:
Comdial Voicemail PC with a Rhetorex RDSP/IVPC BD (digital ?): This runs the Corporate Office Call Processing System, V8.5 We would appreciate any assistance to guide us through this installation. Thanks!

Doug, welcome to Sundance Tech-Talk. Your request is far beyond what we can handle in the open forum. Where did you get the Corp.office system? How do you know it's good? You can get help from any admin/mod of the Comdial forum using the PM feature.

We purchased the computer on Ebay hoping we could use the Key Voice System keeping the old unit as a backup. We only know that the computer will power-up to the call processing screen. We didn't notice the Office-Lite versus Corporate Office difference until yesterday. The screen menus look identical.
Is this not an easy switch?
