I am trying to toll restrict 2 ext on a DX-80 (F39?). The problem I am having is the serial port is unstable after a recent power surge and will drop the connection before I can get the programming done.
My question: Can anyone give me a simple way to do this over the phone set? What I want to do is allow only local and 911 calls for ext 107 & 111. I have programmed with a phone before but for some reason I am having difficulty understanding the manual on this one. Yeah, I am a bit frustrated and thought you guys might turn on a light for me. Thanks in advance for your help!

Look at the table you are programming as an allow table instead of a deny table.

Went back today. Due to the fact that the lines were Centrex, had to use From: 92 To: 99 in the allow field. This disable long distance but allowed local and 911 calls.
