Is there any way to tell the max lines used over time on a FXII system?
We are re-evaluating some options and would like to know this.
I also have CallAnalyst, but can't find anything in there either.

I don't know what CA will provide for you but you can take raw SMDR to a PC or printer then interpret the results. Also, your telco provider might be able to provide a traffic study.

It might depend on the version of Call Analyst but all of the ones I installed had a module for traffic analysis that gave the info you are looking for.
