DXP+ system
Station to station call getting a message on the display that the station is off line. This is exactly what the LCD reads......"station name" OFF LINE. This is only when calling one particular station and the user says it doesn't happen all the time.
Any ideas?

Intermittent connection...when the set is not seen by the CPU it will say "OFF LINE". Could be a jumper, cord, outlet, set, or failing board that is resetting.

I should have checked this out a little more before posting but I had never seen OFF LINE before. The user stated that her set read Out of Service which I have seen. I don't know why the different LCD messages.
Long story, short.........someone physically removed the handset from the station. Grrrr.
Thanks RBF. I will keep those other points in mind.
