On a Comdial FXII, I have a single extension (x100) that is assigned to a hunt group that that is setup to be direct ring for all the lines on the system. This setup works fine. If I then activate forwarding of all call on x100 to lets say x119, calls to the lines on the system do not then ring at x119 but a direct call to x100 does ring the forwarded location x119. I am not sure if this is normal behavior for a FXII or if a forwarded hunt group members extenstion should ring the forwarded location on calls to the hunt group. Thanks in advance for your help.

Think I understand what you're asking... Any extension you forward to must have hunt group access!

jwooten,
Excuse the ignorance but where is that option set? Station programming, Station hunting, COS, or none of the above? Thanks for your help

jwooten,
Ok so here is some more info. The hunt group pilot number I am dealing with is 588. If I look at station programming "group intercom access" in VMMI and click on the browse button to add group intercoms to the station I don't see 588 in the list of group intercoms I can add. do I need to create a group intercom for 588? If so how? Again sorry for the ignorance but this is the first time I have run into a hunting issue like this.

Understand now! If you only have one extension in this pilot/hunt that's how programming will see it for ringing purposes. You told the program to ring this pilot/hunt group number. X100 just happens to be in this group. I would suggest removing x100 from the pilot/hunt with all associated ring assignments and program x100 with direct ring. This way any forward you do will also forward the line ring. Pay attention to any delay and night ring that may be assigned to this pilot number.

As per Vertical support, hunt group ringing does not follow when a station is forwarded so the ringing will have to be programmed on the station as jwooten suggested. But, the simple answer to my original question is no. Issue resolved
