I have the following:
1 Main Office 4 Incoming Lines and 5 Extentions
3 Remote offices
I am looking for recommendations on the most affordable VoIP system so my remote offices can accept incoming calls, be able to page the main office and visa versa.
We need voicemail and auto attendant as well.
What would anyone suggest reliable and affordable system?

I would ask are your remote sites true "offices" or at homes. If the prior you should always keep 911 emergency calls in your head when you do this. Remember when a VOIP phone goes off hook to dial 911 it's using trunks in your office to make the call. Unfortunately you are going to find out that affordable is a vague term depending on what liability or performance you expect for your money. You could put in 3 small systems and network them as well OR some systems (Sprint or Tadiran) can put in an FXO/FXS voip module in at the remote site to use that local line for call on the system. Or, if they are close a good ol OPX is sometime the way to go with a 2 line phones at the remote sites or even Centrex.

An ESI system would meet your needs at a very reasonable price with tight integration between the sites. let me know if you would like more info.

With the Talkswitch you can NOT intercom nor page a remote office. I think the Talkswitch is a cheap solution, not a real one.

Good luck with the VOIP and spend a lot of money. What you need is an Avaya Marlin Legend at every site and connect them all together with a T1 circuit. Use an Intuity Audix voice mail system with Integrated voice messaging to tie all the sites together. Low cost

I ended up going with the NEC Aspire system. It got pretty good feedback from everyone who I spoke to that had one.
It has very tight VoIP integration and is great for my remote locations.
Thank you everyone for your feedback and help in this matter. It was all much appreciated.
I will post more feedback when I begin using the system.
