We have a Comdial Small Office Lite System. We do not know the admin password and have tried to use the defaults. How do we reset the admin password.

Have you hooked up a monitor and keyboard to the system or are you trying to do it via touchtone?

Hookup a monitor and keyboard...from there you can see passwords of the boxes if you have access to the database password which is probably default. If not post back.
