Message waiting light was flashing constantly regardless of whether there was a new message.
I found this solution on the tech support board:
"Message Waiting Light Flashing all the time.
Cancel:
ITCM # 3 and extension number of the phone that was alerted."
Light went out, but now the light does not come on when I get a new message.
Any suggestions? Please help. Thanks!

First, what VoiceMail are you using? Knowing that would be a big help here. Are all the phone's MW lamps not lighting with new messages or just one?
