So Ive been piling up things to work on when I get time. Since my FX II question is taken care of (thanks RBF).
Here is a Interchange question.
I have a Windoe=ws 2000 box that I upgraded to 12.0. I can not get the serial link to come up. I have tested the serial ports with hyperterm. No heartbeat. Both ports do work with VMMI though. I have made sure the windows time service is disabled, checked and double checked the port settings.
Also when i run first time setup it doesnt put the proper "these 2 lines added for dsu....." trans.txt entries in.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled Interchange.
So what might I be overlooking here?

Any differences between the old and new .CFG file? Things put in or taken out by the install?

Did you purchase the upgrade and get new key codes?

Yes.
Thanks for the responses. I tried reinstalling the voice mail server software but that did not correct it. I then started over and totally reinstalled windows then voice mail and everything is now working.
Thanks again.
