I hope everyone enjoyed their turkey last week. I am attempting to disable outbound calls on several of our extensions. Using the phone interface, I have typed the correct sequence and am able to place the line in disabled mode (asterisk is displayed) but am still able to make outbounds from that extension. Any thoughts are appreciated.

If you want to lines to remain but block outbound calling then build a custom class of service and place those phones in that COS.
