Just moved a DSUII KSU with Impression 2022 phones. Since the move The only Interactive key that works is the voice mail button when the phone is idle. All other times the display will change according to the state of the call but the softkeys do not work. Any thoughts? Thanks, Bob

Check your programming for interactive buttons. If these are assigned I would connect a LT and backup the system, master clear it and reload. The softkeys should be available at default.

Do you need to backup each section separately such as lines COS and Station Cos?

You backup all programming. Should take 3 to 5 minutes.
