I installed a KeyVoice Voicemail on a FXII phone system. (Thier old KeyVoice died).
The only problem that I'm having is the site has a button programmed on their phone to transfer a call to Voice Mail.
They would press the trans button, enter the ext and hang up.
Now when they entered the ext and hang up the caller get transfered to 800 Main Greeting Box.

Make sure the button is programmed as a "transfer to vmail" button. Make sure the voice mail ports are the same as the previous system and that they are in the correct order. Make sure the info in the "First Time Setup" is correct.
